Contact your web host and they will tell you how to create the FTP account. Or many times they have an FTP upload tool in their hosting control panel that you can use.

    Good morning Eli,
I hope that you and your love ones are well.

As always thank you for your priceless help.
I wanted to share with you that I have made a point to invest my time in watching and leaning all that each and every one on your videos have to offer.
When I say watch, I mean to master what you are teaching. Some times it takes 3 to 4 times to get it, slowly but surely, I will.

I am on my 20th video and I’m feeling amazingly confident to to walk into a company and offer my services and thanks to you! The knowledge I have gained. I used to service basic computer issues, but all that has changed now. I am feel with happiness and joy every time I finish watching one of your videos.

Why? Besides the obvious, see I could never afford to go to school, everything I know I have self touch my self, I have read numerous IT books and watch a few videos but I never felt committed to continue watching them, as I do with yours. Great teacher! I mean it. I have great respect for you for teaching valuable information for free. I hope I can do the same soon too.

Happy holidays to you and your team.

    P.S.
I have booked my  A+ exam app for March 2013.  I have postponed it for over 4 years.  You have allow me to take my skills to the next level.
and that is to be Certified,  to hopefully land a job with a solid Company too.
